Cucumber Raita with mustard & mint
Ingredients:
350 g cucumber
200 ml yogurt
3/4 tsp salt
2 tsp of whole cane sugar
1/2 tsp black mustard seeds
1 1/2 tbsp minced, fresh mint leaves
Preparation:
Peel cucumbers and grate them or cut them in small cubes. Put the cucumber in a bowl, mix with yoghurt, salt and sugar. Peel the mint leaves, finely chop the mustard seeds and add. Mix everything thoroughly and serve.
