Your tasks
- Cook and display high-quality dishes as well as vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free dishes
- Design and preparation of the lunch buffet as well as the appetizer and dessert buffet
- Daily preparation of 2 different main courses (fish & vegan) as well as the entire evening menu
- Receipt and inspection of deliveries as well as responsibility for proper storage
- Overlook compliance with all hygiene guidelines
- Assist throughout the kitchen area
- Creativity and craftsmanship
- Leading the kitchen staff
- Enthusiasm and fun at work
The following experience will bring you:
- Completed training as cook with well-founded knowledge of food and products
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Knowledge of the HACCP guidelines
