Your tasks

  • Cook and display high-quality dishes as well as vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free dishes
  • Design and preparation of the lunch buffet as well as the appetizer and dessert buffet
  • Daily preparation of 2 different main courses (fish & vegan) as well as the entire evening menu
  • Receipt and inspection of deliveries as well as responsibility for proper storage
  • Overlook compliance with all hygiene guidelines
  • Assist throughout the kitchen area
  • Creativity and craftsmanship
  • Leading the kitchen staff
  • Enthusiasm and fun at work

 

The following experience will bring you:

  • Completed training as cook with well-founded knowledge of food and products
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • Knowledge of the HACCP guidelines
  • Economic and entrepreneurial competence
  • Teamwork, resilience and punctuality
  • Clean and independent working method
