Ayurveda Doctor: Dr. Gaurav Sharma from India
| | Since
January 2009 I have been able to strengthen the staff at the Ayurveda
Resort Sonnhof as the head Ayurveda doctor. I have received my
education as an Ayurveda Specialist with a doctoral degree (Bachelor of
Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery) in the home of Ayurveda in India.
In Europe I practiced medicine under Dr. Ryhner in Loosdorf and I have
worked in several medical fields as a specialist for pulse diagnosis
and Panchakarma.
I also have experience with and a broad knowledge of civilisatory diseases in Europe.

In the Ayurveda Resort Sonnhof I will assist you with all treatments and am always available for individual consultation.

Ayurveda Chef Singh Balvinger from India

Chef, Walia, is convinced that, “with proper nutrition, one doesn’t
need medicine.“ He comes from India, worked for several years in
Germany’s best Ayurveda restaurants and has been at the Sonnhof for
three years. Mr. Balvinger has coined the term “European Ayurveda
Cuisine“ as the culinary brand in the Sonnhof. He considers the
fundamentals of Ayurveda regarding the balance of energy and flatters
the European flavour with the use of domestic ingredients such as
herbs, spices, vegetables and fruit.
