Banana Curry
Ingredients:
4-5 firm, not too ripe bananas, 1-2 tbsp. of ghee, 1 tsp. of whole cumin, 1 tsp. of ground ginger, ¼ tsp. of red chilli powder, 1 tsp. of ground cinnamon, 1 tsp. of ground curcuma, 3 tbsp. of water, 150g of sweet cream, a pinch of salt
Preparation:
Peel and slice the bananas. Heat the ghee in a pan and roast the cumin in it. Add the other spices, banana slices and water and cook for approx. 3 minutes.
