Mornings start with a copious Ayurveda breakfast buffet in the conservatory. Lunch is a Pitta buffet from 12.30 until 2pm with soups, colourful salads, appetizers and sweet desserts. In the afternoon you will be pampered with a Vata snack complete with tea ceremony and an assortment of delectable, healthy delights. Finally a five course dinner menu is the highlight of the culinary day.
Everyone is different and Ayurvedic cuisine takes this into consideration, focussing on the three body types of Vata, Pitta and Kapha. Based on your cure and body type, we will recommend a suitable diet.
Your bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine or your Ayurveda specialist will assess which diet is most suitable for you. Ayurvedic values for nutrition and lifestyle do not demand a strict vegetarian diet. A balanced diet with fresh products, beans, dairy products and whole food is advantageous. In the evening it is advantageous to avoid animal protein to optimise physical and mental wellbeing.
Enjoy our knowledge of how to eat healthy, locally, and diversely. It is an honour for our chef to pamper you with healthy culinary delights.
