Yoga is rooted, like Ayurveda, in the ancient civilizations of India. Holding different Asanas (body positions) strengthens, stretches and loosens your muscular system.

Finding
relaxation in tension, finding complete concentration in a specific
moment, realizing the unity between body and mind through Pranayama
(breathing) and meditation are valuable skills to have, which yoga
provide. The goal is to free your mind of all uncertainties and
illusions (Mayas), in order to heighten your awareness and experience
fortune.
Qi Gong was also developed by the cultures of the far east. This aspect of traditional Chinese medicine
places emphasis on concentration and actions to further develop the
body and mind. These actions deal with labor (Gong) and the energy (Qi)
of man and the universe. It is becoming a life prolonging, health
promoting sport.
