To balance out the physical activity we offer OM-Meditation Rooms. These rooms are available at all times for personal, individual meditation. Alternatively join us on a trip through the mind. Draw strength from the energy of positive thought and discover the potential of your awareness through attention and concentration exercises. 'Centre yourself' is the goal of meditation.
