The balance between activity and rest is an important component in
the Ayurvedic way of life. At the Ayurveda Resort Sonnhof we pay
special attention to this balance. The practice of
yoga and
Qi Gong, rooted in the far east, is comparable to that of meditation,
running and Nordic walking.

Yoga
is an important component of Ayurveda and opens us up to new
perspectives with the use of holistic exercises, being conscious of
your breathing and the spiritual strength of our movements. Qi Gong
also fosters the synchronous and alternating stimulation of body and mind.
Nordic walking under the Tyrolean sun has the ability to revitalize
your energy, while meditating allows you to replace your worries with
positive thought.
We are pleased to welcome you to our Ayurveda Active Week Programme.
In combination with this programme we offer individual and personal yoga and meditation sessions, €68 for 60 minutes.
